Happy New Year!

We love that Bountiful Baskets saves people lots of money, and that’s certainly a huge part of our mission! AND… the value extends way beyond that. If you are serious about making a change in how you eat then let’s take a look at these things:

- Community – Get involved at your site. The friendships and fun will keep you coming back and eating healthy. Having a social aspect to your changes will really help them stick! It’s nice to be part of a group is passionate about produce and can suggest recipes and fun ways to eat the variety you get!

- Varied Selection – Sure we all have our favorites, but science shows changing it up and getting a full compliment of fruits and veggies really helps our health. There’s different phytonutrients in each fruit and vegetable and they are each beneficial in their own way!

- A Timeline – Commitment to eat a basket a week, or one every other week, keeps you on track! It provides some incentive to make sure you are eating all that produce (and of course reducing other not-so-nutritious snacks!) If you want to see how much better you can feel, eliminate added sugar and processed foods in favor of fruits and vegetables!
