Carrots
Approx 50 lbs

Shredded, roasted, steamed, peeled and dipped, juiced, pressure canned, pickled, par boiled and frozen, carrots are multi-use! Roast them for a naturally sweet treat. My kids cheer when they see that big bag – it means apple/carrotjuice is on the menu for the week!

Grab some celery and onions or onions and bell peppers and chop up a bunch for mirepoix and holy trinity to throw in the freezer for easy starts to innumerable savory dishes!

Red Seedless Grapes
Approx 18 Lbs

If you ask my kids, grapes are nature’s candy! Great for eating fresh, my kids also love to eat them frozen and use them as ice cubes in their drinks – because they don’t dilute and they’re fun to eat! Add to fruit salad and green salad, the kids’ holiday punch, or sangria! You can be adventurous and make grape juice!

Lemons
Approx 200 count

Approx 38 Lb

So many options, they’re impossible to list! Lemonade concentrates will change your summer – and your winter! We love lemonade in iced tea. Candied lemon peel makes an amazing snack and gift. Give me lemon curd and you’ve got a friend for life. Make Lemon remolata to finish your Italian dishes, vinaigrette, Honey-Lemon syrups, Lemon salt, Lemon butter, Preserved Lemons in brine, Lemoncello, Lemon sauce, Lemon syrup, Lemon citrus suckers, Sugared lemon to decorate your tablescape, Lemon pie lotions and Lemon soap, Lemon-mint foot baths! Muffins, pies, cakes. See what I mean? Options! And great for gifts!

This is the season for putting up Lemonade Concentrate for a summer full of homemade refreshment!

Mandarin Oranges
Approx 140 count

These are a great balance of sweet and tart and very juicy! Funny loose peels mean easy peeling and perfect for lunchboxes and snacks. We love to add citrus to our Christmas stockings and these are a perfect size! Refrigerate to hold ripeness level.

Have you had kuchen? Oh. My. Try Mandarin Kucken!
